The creation takes place :
→ Either in advance of the video, based on storyboard or indications of timing, style & context. As soon as the video is finished, I go back over it to add a layer of sound design to create a lively & varied video, where image and sound blend perfectly.
→ Once the video is finished: I follow the video to make something coherent and synchronized.
AUDIO REWORK
Your edit is complete, the music selected, but the whole thing sounds flat and lacks dynamism.
The voices used don't sound very professional, and you're not sure that the sound is up to standard for the intended medium.
I'll correct this by reworking the existing audio.
I professionalize the whole thing by :
→ adding sound effects, sound effects and sfx
→ rework the music to make it more consistent with the image, more varied if it's too repetitive
→ take care of mixing voices, if any, and make sure that the final rendering complies with standards (networks, TV or radio).
